Robert Burnett

Bob is a technologist and entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience. He is also a student of the Austrian school of economic thought and ardent supporter of sound money; especially Bitcoin. He spent a large portion of his career at Gateway, Inc. (cow-spotted PC company) in a variety of management positions including Chief Technology Officer, Executive Vice President of Products and Executive Vice President of International Markets. During his tenure at Gateway, he managed a multi-billion-dollar P&L center and led the company’s expansion into areas such as laptop computers, plasma TVs, digital cameras, and MP3 players.

Since leaving Gateway in 2004, Bob founded or co-founded over 15 companies, mostly in the technology space. Among his most recent ventures are four companies focused on cryptocurrency with a focus on using of low cost, stranded energy sources for Bitcoin mining. He also is also an educator and evangelist for Bitcoin and its importance to the world’s future. He speaks and teaches regularly on this topic at places like Florida Gulf Coast University School of Business, the Center for Critical Thinking, Ben Swann’s Truth In Media and the Breakaway Wealth podcast.

Since 2008 he has been building a personal banking system using the Infinite Banking Concept and has used it frequently as a funding source for his family’s business expansion. The importance that IBC has played in his life cannot be overstated and Bob is passionate about teaching others how to use IBC to create their own path to financial independence.

Bob and his wife Lola are based in the Naples, FL area.
