Growing up in a five generation cattle family in west Texas, Will understands the value of hard work, sowing and reaping, and long range thinking, as well as the importance of a family business having as much control over their capital as possible. In his free time he likes to try new recipes with his wife, train martial arts, play golf, and spend time with friends and family.
