Karl Schnitzer

Karl Schnitzer is an investor, realtor, and IBC practitioner from Philadelphia, PA. Prior to IBC & Real Estate, Karl was a Philadelphia Police Officer. Karl caught the real estate bug in 2016 and started investing in real estate. Karl discovered IBC from the founder of his firm and first came to Producers Wealth as a client. Real estate investing lead Karl to Real Estate Sales where he quickly became a top Realtor in the Philadelphia area. After several years of using his Policies, Karl was so passionate about IBC he decided to get his insurance license and practitioner certificate in order to help other individuals take back the banking function of their life! Eventually Karl left the Police force to pursue IBC and real estate full time.
