Michael Kirkpatrick

Michael helps you build and protect wealth. Born and raised in Ottawa, Michael graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and a minor in business. Having always been interested wealth management and people, Michael began working in the industry 2000 and now specializes in helping retirees and business owners through the wealth management process.

As a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Health Insurance Specialist (CHS), Canadian Investment Manager (CIM), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA), Financial Management Advisor (FMA), and Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP), Michael has a mastery level of knowledge of wealth management strategies that go well beyond the scope of basic financial planning.

Michael is a member of the Family Enterprise Exchange, the Ottawa Estate Planning Council, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Capital Angel Network. In his spare time Michael enjoys tennis, competing in CrossFit and reading books by Ken Follet, Tony Robbins, Malcom Gladwell, John Grisham, and Nassim Taleb. Michael lives in Stittsville with his daughters Heidi, Martina, and Farrah.
