Born and raised in Santee (San Diego), I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Communication from San Diego State University. I've been Married to my high school sweetheart for 31 years, and am proud mama of 3 adult kids currently in higher education: a Naval officer in school to be a surgeon, a Master's prosthetics-orthotics clinician, and a NCAA men’s water polo athlete.
