Frank Lupu

Frank Lupu is a Registered Investment Advisor and Authorized IBC Practitioner dedicated to helping families, business owners, and faith-based organizations take back control of their financial future using the Infinite Banking Concept. As the founder of Lupu Financial and Lupu Insurance, I combine my extensive knowledge of investment planning with a deep commitment to educating clients on how to privatize their banking and create generational wealth.

With a background rooted in Austrian Economics and common-sense financial strategies, At Lupu Insurance, we take a holistic and values-based approach to wealth-building. I work with clients across the country to design high early cash value whole life policies that serve as the foundation for tax-advantaged liquidity, strategic debt elimination, business capital, and legacy planning.

I am passionate about financial education and speak regularly at churches, conferences, and community events. We have recently launched an initiative to bring IBC to churches and nonprofit organizations—helping them fund building projects, retain key employees, and empower their members with biblical financial principles.

When not working with clients, I enjoy quality time with his wife and children, serving our local church, exploring new ideas in liberty-minded finance, and traveling.
