    Meet Jim Oliver

Jim Oliver is an Infinite Banking Concept practitioner with more than 30 years of experience helping individuals, families, and business owners reclaim control of their financial lives.

Jim’s work is rooted in the original teachings of R. Nelson Nash and focuses on restoring the individual’s role as the banker—eliminating dependence on commercial banks, Wall Street speculation, and externally controlled financial systems. His approach emphasizes disciplined policy design, long-term thinking, and the intentional use of whole life insurance as a personal banking platform.

Rather than chasing returns or promoting products, Jim helps clients build durable financial systems that prioritize liquidity, control, certainty, and legacy. His clients commonly use Infinite Banking to finance major purchases, manage business cash flow, reduce reliance on traditional lenders, and pass wealth efficiently to the next generation.

Jim works extensively with entrepreneurs and business owners who value autonomy and are willing to think differently about money. Education is central to his practice, and he is known for explaining complex concepts in plain language while remaining faithful to the principles taught by Nelson Nash.

Based in Southwest Florida, Jim serves clients nationwide through virtual consultations.

Jim is also the author of Make Bank Without the Bank and OWNERSHIFT, and the host of the Breakaway Wealth podcast, where he explores real-world applications of Infinite Banking and the mindset required to achieve true financial independence.
