Jonathan Webster is the founder of Mutual Producer's Group, established in 2009, where he has built a career dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve lasting financial control through the Infinite Banking Concept (IBC).

Jonathan became a certified IBC Practitioner in 2014 and has since specialized in teaching clients how to utilize the Infinite Banking Concept to build, protect, and grow wealth outside of traditional banking systems. He had the distinct privilege of working directly alongside Nelson Nash, the originator of the Infinite Banking Concept, for 11 years prior to Nash's passing in 2019 — an experience that deeply shaped his approach to the strategy. Jonathan remains an active member of Nelson Nash's Think Tank, continuing to carry forward and build upon that legacy alongside the nation's leading IBC practitioners.

Throughout his career, Jonathan has managed a team of 50 life insurance representatives across 10 states, where he implemented a structured training program for new recruits designed to accelerate their path to profitability. His leadership approach combines mentorship with practical, results-driven systems that help agents succeed quickly in a competitive industry.

As a life insurance professional, Jonathan has sold and serviced a wide range of insurance products, building long-term relationships with clients through attentive service and consistent communication. He is known for his ability to present complex financial and insurance products in a clear, understandable way — clarifying policy details and ensuring clients fully understand the coverage they select.
